We're happy to announce you that the first day of the 2025-26 ski and snowboard season in Poiana Brasov will be today, December 29th!
According to our sources the Stadion ski slope will open this morning at 09:00 and the button lift is planned to work until 16:00, with the last ride at 15:55.
We're talking about the blue beginners slope labeled as No. 7 on the map! It can be used together with a button lift by both skiers and snowboarders.
The lift is labeled as H on the official map of the Poiana Brasov ski resort.
Fact: According to past experience only points-based passes will be available until the rest of the ski slopes will be opened.
If everything unfolds as planned we should be able to ski in the upper part of the Postavarul Massif as well as on the main beginners ski slope, Bradul, by New Year's eve. We'll get back to you with more info about this in the upcoming days! The inferior slopes that should open tomorrow are:
